EIDETIC
A trigger of one of the five human senses of sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste can cause an individual to recall a specific memory with clarity.
CHAOS
Described by a lack of proper order and structure.
EIDETIC + CHAOS
The combination of the two words, EIDETIC and CHAOS describes the ability to recall a chaotic, traumatizing, and/or dream-like memory whilst in a state of confusion, which may or may not be a mere hallucination instead.
Unlike the original definition of EIDETIC, the meaning behind “hallucinations” makes people question if what they are seeing (or sensing) is fact or fiction. This state of confusion may be due to internal and/or external factors, which in return, stirs the emotions of the individual experiencing the hallucination.
