The main inspirations that led to the creation of this 33-second title sequence was the Greek mythology of Medusa, a gorgon famous for her eyes of petrification, as well as Thalassemia, a hereditary blood disorder. In the story of The Kings of Medusa, this title sequence features the royal descendants of Medusa who are plagued with an illness as a result of their ancestor’s curse.
